We’d love for you to get involved in our inaugural 5km Fittest and Fastest Challenge!
It’s easy, fun and a great way for your entire club (teammates, volunteers and supporters) to come together and compete as one big team.
Plus, the winners will have bragging rights for the next 12 months and take home one of three x $500 SportsPower vouchers.
All Not-for-Profit sporting groups have been listed under “FITTEST & FASTEST CHALLENGE” on our 5km registration page.
Simply select your sporting group (you can be an active member, past member or a supporter) and your entry will count towards the club’s total
The Sportspower Fittest Challenge aims to promote a fun rivalry
between our local sporting groups and discover which is our
region’s FITTEST sporting club.
The Sportspower Fastest Challenge aims to promote a fun and slightly more competitive rivalry between our same local sporting groups as we discover who is our region’s FASTEST sporting club. Prizes will be awards in both males and female categories.
Fittest Winner
The club with the greatest number of 5km Fun Run registrations.
Fittest Prize
1st place: Perpetual shield and a $500 Sportspower voucher
Fastest Winners
The club with the lowest combined time of the first five team members.
Fastest Prizes
1st Place: MALE category $500 SportsPower voucher for your club
1st Place FEMALE category $500 SportsPower voucher for your club.
ELIGIBILITY: You can choose whichever club you would like to compete for – HOWEVER you can only select one. For many, this could be like choosing a favourite child (or parent).
HOW TO ENTER: When completing a 5km Fun Run registration, there will be a question asking if you would like to run for a local sporting club. Select your club’s name from the drop-down menu. It’s as simple as that. If your club is in our not listed please contact us and we can add them.
