Volunteer with us

Thank you for volunteering at the Mudgee Running Festival, Sunday 23rd August 2026. It's a great way to support our runners and be a part of something special - we couldn't hold the event without our dedicated band of volunteers.

  • On CourseMarshals keep our runners on course and it's a great way to cheer everyone along.
  • Aid StationsKeep our runners hydrated and full of carbs.
  • Set Up & Pack DownHelp set up RaceHQ on Saturday or pack it away on Sunday.
  • Finish LineWelcome runners home at Lawson Park.

🍷 All volunteers receive a bottle of local wine or an event t-shirt (while stocks last). Volunteers from eligible community groups can instead have a cash donation made to their organisation.
