NEW COURSE in 2025!
We’re putting the final touches on the new 5km course and will have the updated map ready soon! The start and finish will remain in the same spot, but instead of an out-and-back route, we’ll be doing a loop around Glen Willow. This means that for most of the course, 5km runners will be running in the same direction as our marathon runners.
The Wilpinjong 5km Fun Run/Walk is designed for all ages and all abilities.
In 2024, our first runner (congratulations Bayden Willis) came home in just over 17 minutes (17:08) and over the next hour, more than 340 participants joined him. We applauded the speedsters and cheered the families and groups of friends/classmates/team mates as they ran, walk and were pushed over the finish line. We especially loved the smiles on the younger children’s faces as they proudly displayed their new bling!
